Lead Climbing Class$30/hour for one or two people *** BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*** Lead climbing requires more advanced climbing and belay techniques. It involves climbing above the anchor and clipping the rope into quick draws as you climb. This lesson will teach you how to hold the ropes for a lead climber, how to clip, and what to avoid when climbing on lead. We recommend practice and, in some cases, additional instruction before taking your lead belay test. Participant should have passed facility Belay Test before taking the lead climbing class.
